Warm Weather Emergency Shelter
UMCPS and Martha's Village & Kitchen is proud to announce the opening of their new Warm Weather Emergency Shelter in Palm Springs, CA. The shelter will provide services to the homeless facing extreme summer temperatures here in the desert. If you or someone you need could benefit from this, please reach out or stop by the Fellowship Hall at UMCPS. Services will be offered through October 31st.
What Services are offered?
The program offers meals, shelter, daily showers, full case management wrap-around services such as an initial assessment of needs, the development of a case plan and goals, and the support needed to make progress towards those goals.

How to Enroll
Due to limited bed availability, enrollments will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The shelter will be accepting homeless clients from 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm daily.
