On February 26, the annual Black History parade will take place on North Palm Canyon, along with a Festival at the end of the parade route. UMCPS intends to join in the parade and to sponsor a booth at the Festival. The parade is set for 11 AM. The Festival runs through the late morning and early afternoon. Staging for the parade will be earlier that Saturday morning. John Jones and Paul Nixon are our church's liaisons to this beautiful community event. If you are interested in participating, either in the parade or at the church booth, please let them know by registering your interest at the link below.
